This Privacy Policy explains how the Pop Filter mobile application (the "Application"), operated by sang.san.gong.jang (the "Service Provider"), handles information. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and does not maintain user accounts. The Application is a photo-filtering and editing tool; the data described below is collected by the third-party services the Application uses, primarily to deliver advertising and to keep the app stable.
The Application lets you select a photo from your device, apply filters and adjustments,
and save the result. All image processing happens entirely on your device.
Your photos are not uploaded, transmitted, or collected by the Service Provider
or any third party. Saved images are written only to your device's local gallery (the
Pictures/PopFilter folder). The Application does not request camera or storage
permissions; photos are accessed only through the system photo picker that you initiate.
The Application itself does not ask you to provide any personal information (no sign-up, no account, no forms). Certain information is, however, collected automatically by integrated third-party SDKs:

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions), the Application requests your consent for personalized ads through Google's consent mechanism before non-essential tracking is used. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Settings inside the Application. You can also limit ad tracking by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in your device's system settings.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use SDKs, identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, and advertising. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Information collected by the third-party SDKs is shared with those providers (Google) for the purposes described above. The Service Provider may also disclose information:

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data is held by the third-party services rather than the Service Provider, you can exercise many of these rights directly through Google's privacy controls (linked above). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Where processing is based on consent (for example, personalized advertising), you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in through the in-app consent prompt. You may withdraw consent at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Settings, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Other processing relies on the Service Provider's legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Application, or on compliance with legal obligations.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact sang.san.gong.jang@gmail.com so the necessary action can be taken.
The Service Provider cares about safeguarding your information and relies on the technical and organizational protections provided by the integrated third-party services. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will act in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
